What we collect, and for how long.
This describes this website only. Work done inside a client's own systems is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this notice.
If you fill in the demo form
We receive your name, company, work email, and optionally your phone number and whatever you write in the message box. Our servers also record the page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your request came from.
Where it goes. The record is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and emailed to Glenn and Joseph. How long. The stored record expires automatically after 180 days. The emails stay in our mailboxes until deleted.
If you book a call
We receive your name, work email, phone number if you give one, your business name or website, what you want to fix, an optional revenue range, any notes you add, and the time zone your browser reports. Our servers also record your IP address, your user-agent, the referring page and any campaign parameters.
Where it goes. A row in a Cloudflare D1 database, plus an email to you and to both of us, plus a calendar invite. How long. Booking records are retained while the engagement conversation is live. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your confirmation email contains a private link that lets you cancel without an account. Anyone holding that link can cancel that booking, so treat it as you would any link in your own inbox.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
What we do not do
- No newsletter. Filling in a form does not subscribe you to anything.
- No automated sequence. If you hear from us, a person sent it.
- No advertising cookies, no pixels, no session recording.
The only automatic emails this site sends are the ones the action you took requires: a confirmation, a reminder before your call, and a cancellation notice.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and tell you when it is done. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you those rights by law and we will not treat you differently for using them.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
