Short, because this covers a website and some demos. Paid work runs on a signed agreement, and that agreement wins over anything written here.

This site is operated by NextRev Partners, LLC, a California limited liability company, entity number B20260330605. Using the site means these terms apply.
The demos
Every demo on this site and on our demo domain runs on invented sample data. The businesses, names, figures and documents in them are made up for illustration. They are not customer data and they are not a record of results.
One demo generates its sample scenarios with a language model at the moment you press play. That output is fiction by design. Nothing generated there is advice of any kind.
What the site is not
- Not insurance advice. We are not an insurance producer and we do not place, quote or bind coverage. Regulated insurance work in any engagement is performed by a licensed party, not by us.
- Not legal, tax or compliance advice. Pages that discuss recording consent, regulatory guidance or record-keeping are general education. Ask your own counsel.
- Not an offer or a quote. Nothing here forms a contract or commits us to a price.
Booking a call
The scheduler holds a real slot in our calendar. Please cancel using the link in your confirmation email if you cannot make it. We may cancel or move a booking, and if we do we will tell you at the address you gave us.
Do not use the forms to send anything confidential, regulated, or covered by an obligation you owe someone else. Wait until there is an agreement in place.
Sources and third-party links
Where we cite research, industry figures or standards, we link the source so you can read it yourself and disagree with our reading. Those figures describe the industry, not results we produced. We do not control linked sites and are not responsible for what they say.
The words, design, code and demos on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote and share them with attribution. Do not copy the site wholesale.
Availability, liability and law
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available or error free, and we may change or remove any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
